Made from cast acrylic, they feature exceptional physical, mechanical, chemical resistance, and thermal properties. These sheets are easily fabricated even with standard wood working tools and well-suited for thermoforming, as well laser cutting and router cutting methods where more intricate designs are desired. Additionally, they are compatible with UV and latex printing methods.
About Cast Acrylic Sheets
Cast acrylic sheets, also commonly known as Perspex and Plexiglass are manufactured by casting liquid methyl methacrylate between two plates of glass and putting it through a curing process.
