Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-in customers are always welcome. You can find your local Graphic Art Mart store by visiting gamart.com.au/store-locator
If I place a Click and Collect order, how will I know when it is ready?
Orders placed before 4 p.m on a working day will be available approximately 30 minutes after the order is placed*.

Orders placed after 4 p.m will be available on the following business day*

*Subject to stock availability

Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we do not ship or sell items outside of Australia.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 10 a.m on a working day will be shipped the same day (Excluding Public Holidays and Non-Working days).

Orders placed after 10 am on a working day will be shipped the next day* (Excluding Public Holidays and Non-Working days)*

For estimated delivery times, you can track your order directly with our courier partners.* (Excluding Public Holidays and Non-Working days)*

How will I be informed if there is a shipping delay?
You will be notified by phone or email if there is an unexpected shipping delay with your order.
What are your shipping fees?

We have a freight-free threshold of $350 (excludes Dangerous Goods charge and/or Substrate charge). Spend $350* or more in one transaction and receive free shipping.

For orders outside of the freight-free threshold, our shipping fees are:

- $15 + GST per order for metro areas

- $30 + GST per order for regional areas

Excludes Dangerous Goods and Substrate charges.

What is a Dangerous Goods charge?
The Dangerous Goods charge is an additional fee incurred when shipping certain regulated dangerous substances and materials. The charge is $30 + GST and will be indicated in your cart at checkout.
What is a Substrate charge?
Due to the size of rigid substrates, these orders will incur an additional fee of $75 + GST for metro areas and $200 + GST for regional areas.

If you need to make any changes to your order, contact our Customer Service team on 1300 426 870.
How can I place an order with you?
You can place an order directly with your local Graphic Art Mart branch in-store, over the phone or via email. If you prefer to shop online, you can create an online account and order through our website. We are open 24/7, for you to shop the way you like.
Do you have a small order fee?
At Graphic Art Mart, we welcome all orders – big or small. We do not and will not ever impose a small order surcharge.
