Nestled in Boolaroo and affectionately referred as "the Castle," this site opened its doors in March 2020 and has been an integral part of our operations ever since, under the leadership of the passionate Fred Parker. With nearly three decades of experience under his belt, Fred is a trusted authority in the field, embodying a wealth of knowledge that ensures top-notch service for our clientele.
Fred believes that Graphic Art Mart's success is deeply rooted in its unwavering commitment to customers. Going the extra mile is not just a phrase here; it's a philosophy that underscores our dedication to delivering exceptional service. We prioritise meeting our customers' needs promptly, whether it's through same-day delivery/pickup or catering to their diverse requirements.

Fred Parker: Branch manager
With nearly three decades of industry expertise, Fred Parker brings an unparalleled wealth of knowledge to the table. Having joined in April 2016, he spearheaded operations at North Rocks, inaugurated the Peakhurst store in 2017, and was instrumental in setting up the Newcastle branch. Beyond his dedication to the field, Fred is a devoted Arsenal fan and a driving force behind the team's success.
Mike Foord: Customer Service
Mike Foord, a member of the team since 2014, carries a substantial background, having spent eight years at Avery Dennison prior to joining Graphic Art Mart. Interestingly, Mike happens to be an avid supporter of Manchester United, setting the stage for a friendly yet spirited rivalry with our devoted Arsenal fan, Fred.
Alex Charles: Customer Service
Joining us in March 2020, Alex Charles swiftly became an integral part of our Newcastle family. Having previously worked at our Graphic Art Mart North Rocks site, Alex is a lover of Pro Wrestling, a music enthusiast, and currently juggling a vibrant life with a spirited three-year-old son.
Miles Skuse Canales: Warehouse Team Member
Miles Skuse Canales embarked on his journey with Graphic Art Mart in May 2022. Despite being new to the industry, Canales is passionate about helping out customers and providing top-notch service. Outside of work, Miles enjoys playing video games and cherishing serene walks in the wilderness.
Shane McCrone: Account Manager
Shane McCrone, our most recent team member, embarked on his journey with us in August 2023. With a robust background encompassing over twenty years of application experience, McCrone is well-versed in the industy.
